California Hydronics Corporation Announces Intent to Acquire Conservation Mechanical Systems Inc. to Further Expand Capabilities

The acquisition of Conservation Mechanical Systems Inc, a reputable Manufacturers Representative firm, will enhance California Hydronics Corporation’s air and wet side portfolio and geographic reach. 

Hayward, CA – March 5, 2020 – California Hydronics Corporation (“CHC”), a leading provider of the highest performing solutions in hydronic, steam, and plumbing systems to engineers, contractors and end-users, today announced its intent to acquire Conservation Mechanical Systems, Inc., (“CMSI”) a privately-owned provider of industry-leading environmentally sustainable, HVAC equipment.  The two companies are excited by the acquisition, which will enable the combination of CMSI’s field-proven engineered solutions with CHC’s larger array of products, resources, and geographic reach, in order to provide our customers with more options.

The Boards of Directors of CMSI and CHC have approved the transaction which is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2020.
