Rick Geissler took the helm of CHC’s FlowTherm division in 2021. As Vice President of Operations for the division, Rick oversees the manufacturing of custom pressure boosters and complete packaged systems for mechanical, plumbing, and heat transfer applications.

With more than 25 years of Tier 1 automotive, commercial, and industrial operational excellence, Rick has extensive experience with change management, continuous improvement, program management, and lean transformations, with an emphasis on engineered-to-order product offerings.

Prior to joining FlowTherm, Rick enjoyed a 23-year career at Johnson Controls in the Automotive Division and Building Efficiency Group in North America. He also held a Senior Leadership role in Operations at the SMART Energy Division at Honeywell.

Rick’s driven to deliver quality packaged solutions, with dependable lead times, to a wide range of clients across the country.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and an Executive MBA at the University of Milwaukee, Wisconsin: Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business.

Rick is happily married with two adult children.
